Return Policy

Liturgikon believes in customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us immediately to discuss the product’s return or refund, and to get your authorization number. Make sure that the package, and all of the contents are returned to us in the condition in which it was sent, along with the authorization number, which you must acquire from us prior to mailing the product back. After the 30-day return policy, we do not offer refunds or returns. Please know that we will not accept damaged products, products with signs of wear and tear, or products that are not in their original packaging. Any products with their price tags removed or damaged will be considered used, and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Returns made without their authorization number will not be applicable for refunds or exchanges.

If we provide a refund, it will be for the value of the product only. If we provide an exchange, then the difference will be counted by us and must be paid. If we accidentally ship an incorrect product, you must inform us immediately – we will pay for the shipping charges and will exchange the product for the correct one.

Any items shipped outside of Canada must be marked as GOODS RETURNING TO CANADA, and that they were previously cleared. All of the paperwork has to be sent to us as well, and all fees relating to customs, duty or taxes must be paid by the customer. If the customer does not pay for these fees, we will pay the fees and deduct the appropriate amount from the refund/replacement balance.

Any shipping costs for item returns are to be covered by the customer.
