Shipping & Handling

We use Canada Post and Fedex commercial carriers to ship our products. All the costs will be calculated during the checkout. We fully insure all of our shipments. If you receive a broken or damaged package, please contact us and do not hesitate to discuss the issue with the carrier.

Shipping time frame:
– If we have your product available, we will ship it within 3 days
– If your product has not yet been manufactured, we will make the product and ship it within 14 days
– If the product is made by other jewelers and unavailable at the moment, you will be able to backorder the item.
